How do I get started submitting connector shrinkback observations to my OEM?
  1. Raptor Maps will contact your organization and verify that any reported sites are created and your user accounts are properly configured.
  2. Download the Raptor Maps mobile application from the Google Play or Apple app store.
  3. When you receive confirmation from the Raptor Maps support team (wiringsupport@raptormaps.com) that your sites are ready to be inspected, use the Site Notes feature of the Raptor App to document any incidence of shrinkback for submission to the OEM.
    1. Note: Raptor Maps’ notification will be sent from wiringsupport@raptormaps.com to the email address tied to the original report submission of possible shrinkback.
  4. For more detailed information on how to use the site notes feature, please review this Knowledge Hub article.
I’m on site, how do I add imagery for my OEM to review?
  1. Open the Raptor App and log in to your account.
  2. Find the site you’re visiting on the site list and tap the site.
    1. If you do not see the site you are looking for, you may need to switch to the OEM organization by tapping the menu button in the top left of the screen and selecting the name of the OEM.
  3. Tap the “Notes” option.
  4. Create a note, attaching a photo and description of your findings for the OEM to review.
  5. Save.
  6. The OEM will review and reach back out as soon as possible with next steps.
