If a drone inspection is not possible at my site, how do I proceed?
- Download the Raptor Maps mobile application from the Google Play or Apple app store
- When you receive confirmation from the Raptor Maps support team (wiringsupport@raptormaps.com) that your sites are ready to be inspected by site walk and your as-bulit has been digitized, use the Equipment Notes feature of the Raptor App to document any incidence of shrinkback for submission to the OEM.
- Note: Raptor Maps’ notification will be sent from wiringsupport@raptormaps.com to the email address tied to the original report submission of possible shrinkback.

- Note: For logging equipment notes on BOS components, select the nearest module to the component’s location and attach the image and notes to that module.
